If you have a problem with your workout registration during a workout or a race, you can always enter the workout summary manually.

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Select Add Workout in the navigator. A pop-up appears.
  3. Select a Sport and optional also a Subactivity.
  4. Select Enter workout summary manually.
  5. Enter the workout summary values for Totals, Averages and Max.
  6. Review the date of the workout, enter a description and workout type (required).Optionally, you may enter the weather conditions and write your post-activity comments.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Finish the workout wizard. Once you have finished the wizard, your workout appears in the workout history list.
