If you have a problem with your workout registration during a workout or a race, you can always enter the workout summary manually.
- Sign in to your account.
- Select Add Workout in the navigator. A pop-up appears.
- Select a Sport and optional also a Subactivity.
- Select Enter workout summary manually.
- Enter the workout summary values for Totals, Averages and Max.
- Review the date of the workout, enter a description and workout type (required).Optionally, you may enter the weather conditions and write your post-activity comments.
- Click Next.
- Finish the workout wizard. Once you have finished the wizard, your workout appears in the workout history list.
