The Training planner is a feature for coaches to plan workouts and whole training plans.
Important! Before you start planning in the calendar of an athlete, you need to determine the training zones of the sports for which you want to schedule workouts. For all planned workouts beyond that date, the generic training zones (created in your own training builder) are converted into the personal training intensity values of the athlete ( created in the training zone module of the athlete file).
