Step 1: Select a workout from your Library

  1. Select Your Library or the iQO2 Demo Library
  2. Click on the Workouts header
  3. Select a Sport activity, subactivity (optional), category (optional)
  4. Optional: Enter a Description in the search window
  5. The workout list appears.
