The volume distribution button activates a pop-up with a graphical presentation of the planned training load. You can see the changes in volume distribution while you are planning workouts in the calendar.
- Click the Volume distribution button.
- A pop-up appears.
- Select a Sport or Multi-sport distribution and select the Intensity: HR, Power or Speed.
- Click Settings.
- Select Planned.
- Select if you want to see the volume distribution: Day by day; Week by week or Cumulative.
