The volume distribution  button activates a pop-up with a graphical presentation of the planned training load. You can see the changes in volume distribution while you are planning workouts in the calendar.

  1. Click the Volume distribution button.
  2. A pop-up appears.
  3. Select a Sport or Multi-sport distribution and select the Intensity: HR, Power or Speed.
  4. Click Settings.
  5. Select Planned.
  6. Select if you want to see the volume distribution: Day by day; Week by week or Cumulative.
