Most connection failure problems are due to the Internet security software on your computer. Internet security software, including firewalls, antivirus programs, anti-spyware programs, and others can block iQO2 to access to the network.

Make sure there's not a problem with the internet connection | Close any applications that use the internet (especially those that might be playing music or video) and cancel any file downloads. If you are using a wireless connection, make sure you have a good signal. |
Make sure you're signed in to your own account | If you're signed in with someone else's account, go to the navigator and select Sign out . In the Welcome to iQO2! screen, type your iQO2 Name and Password and click Sign in. |
Make sure you are using the latest version of iQO2 | Download the latest version of iQO2. If you're not sure which version of iQO2 you're using, you can download the latest version on www.iqo2.com/download |
Make sure that you're not already signed in to iQO2 | Sometimes your computer may think you are signed in to iQO2 when you are not. To fix this, make sure that iQO2 is no longer running, restart iQO2, and then try to sign in. |
Make sure your computer is not running slowly | Close any open programs. If you’re using a laptop, make sure it is not in power-saving mode by plugging it in and switching it to maximum performance mode. Also, make sure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements to run iQO2. |
Make sure you have made no changes to your computer | If you have made any changes to your computer, such as installing or uninstalling programs, adding new hardware, or changing registry settings, you may need to restart your computer. If that doesn't help, try undoing your changes. |

Make sure there's no problem with the iQO2 installation.
The best way to be sure that iQO2 is installed correctly is to completely uninstall, and then reinstall iQO2. Learn more
