Your iQO2 Name is a unique user name that you use to sign in to iQO2. You or your personal coach can create it when you first set up your iQO2 account.

Your iQO2 Name must be between 6 and 32 characters. It must start with a letter and can contain only letters, numbers, and the following punctuation marks:

• full stop (.)
• comma (,)
• dash (-)
• underscore (_)

After you have created your account, you cannot change your iQO2 Name.
