Select the appropriate athlete calendar  to start planning. Learn more

Step 1: Activate the workout planner.

Select a day in the calendar. Right-click and select Add > Plan new Workout. A pop-up appears.

Step 2: Choose a Sport activity and a Description

Step 3: Start building up your workout

Select Add  and choose an option from the submenu. Learn more how to build up a workout.

Step 4: Repeat this process until your workout is finished

Step 5: Select Save to Calendar

Step 6: The planned workout appears in the athlete calendar


Important! Note that the generic training zones are converted into the athlete's personal training intensities. Learn more
