Step 1: Select a training plan in the Library
- Select My Library or the iQO2 Demo Library.
- Click on the Training plan header.
- Select a Sport or multi-sport plan.
- Optional: Enter a Description in the search window.
- The training plan list appears.
Step 2: Drag and drop it to a day in the calendar
Select if you wish to start or finish your plan on that day!
Step 3: The new training plan appears in the calendar
