Select the appropriate athlete calendar  to start planning. Learn more

Step 1: Select a training plan in the Library

  1. Select My Library or the iQO2 Demo Library.
  2. Click on the Training plan header.
  3. Select a Sport or multi-sport plan.
  4. Optional: Enter a Description in the search window.
  5. The training plan list appears.

Step 2: Drag and drop it to a day in the calendar

Select if you wish to start or finish your plan on that day!

Step 3: The new training plan appears in the calendar
