To edit a planned workout:

  1. Click on a Planned workout.
  2. There are 2 possibilities to ‘Edit’ that workout:
    •  Click on the Edit button in the toolbar, and choose Edit selected Workout from the submenu.
    •  Click the right mouse button, and choose Edit selected Workout from the submenu.

A new screen appears.

  1. Edit and/or Add as many exercises, exercise groups, repeat blocks and rest intervals until your workout is completed. learn more
  2. Click the Save to Calendar button.

Your edited workout appears in the calendar.
