To edit a planned workout:
- Click on a Planned workout.
- There are 2 possibilities to ‘Edit’ that workout:
- Click on the Edit button in the toolbar, and choose Edit selected Workout from the submenu.
- Click the right mouse button, and choose Edit selected Workout from the submenu.
A new screen appears.
- Edit and/or Add as many exercises, exercise groups, repeat blocks and rest intervals until your workout is completed. learn more
- Click the Save to Calendar button.
Your edited workout appears in the calendar.
