Data is default “smoothed”, or averaged, by 20 samples. The choice of smoothing is the way to present your data in a detailed or more averaged way. The higher the smoothing the more data will be averaged.

Eg. The same data file with different smoothing values.

Smooting: 20 samples

The values of 20 samples of your device data are averaged to one value.

No smooting

Every sample of your device data is showed on the graph.

Smooting: 300 samples

The values of 300 samples of your device data are averaged to one value.
