Keep track of your planned versus executed training load and analyse them over a selected period.
If you want to make progression, make sure you follow the planned instructions. iQO2 doesn't just pass on information about the planned workouts but we also compare that information with the uploaded data from your workouts to get you ahead.

To compare the planned vs. executed training load:

  1. Select the period you want to analyze first.
  2. Select Heartrate; Power or Speed zones in the left navigator.
  3. Select Executed / Planned.
