Keep track of your training load and peak performance over a selected period and compare it to other periods. It helps you to pinpoint the periods of optimal aerobic fitness, overreaching, fatigue and potential overtraining.

To compare two periods:

  1. Click Period Selection (visualised as a green bar) and select the period whose data you want to analyze from the drop-down list.
  2. Click Selection Compare (visualized as a red bar) and select the period whose data you want to analyze from the drop-down list.
  3. Select a Periodic analytic from the left navigator.
