Select the Periodic Views icon  in the menu bar, to open the 'Periodic Views'. This article explains the functions to analyze your body metrics. Select the period you want to analyze first (learn more) and choose the Metrics icon  .

Check out the evolution of your metrics over a time interval. It can give you a lot of information about your own physical condition ( e.g. body fat%) and early signs of overtraining.

To check your body metrics over time:

  1. Select the Metrics icon in the left navigator.
  2. Select the appropriate metric. eg. Heart rate rest.
