If you cannot find the athlete in the search results but you’re sure they’re on iQO2, just ask them what their iQO2 Name is and add them to your Contacts.

There are a few reasons you might not be able to find an athlete using search:

  1. You're search isn't specific enough. Try filtering your search results.
  2. The athlete you're looking for may have restricted their privacy settings. Sometimes people forget that they've restricted their settings. If you still can't find the athlete you're looking for, ask them to take a look at their public profile settings (Settings > Profile TAB).
  3. The athlete isn't on iQO2 yet. If you think this might be the case, you, as a coach, can create a new iQO2 account for him/her.
