No. No additional fee has to be paid by the coach per connected athlete. Once you paid for your own coach license subscription, you can create unlimited new or add existing athlete accounts to your coach account.

Data sharing between athletes and coaches is only possible if they both have a iQO2 license and accept the request to share data with each other. The request is sended by the coach or athlete, but the connection will appear on hold until the request is accepted.
