If you're having trouble installing the latest version of the iQO2 for Android app, try these troubleshooting tips:

  • Check to see how much space is available on your phone:
    1. Open your Android's settings.
    2. Open your storage settings.
    If you have less than 100MB available, you can uninstall apps to clear up space, then retry the download. Alternatively, you may be able to move your iQO2 app to your Android's SD card.
  • Cancel and restart the download.
  • Log out of iQO2, then retry the download.
  • Review Google's tips for troubleshooting download issues.
  • Uninstall your iQO2 app, restart your phone and then re-install the iQO2 app from the Google Play Store.
