To enter or calculate body fat:

1. Select the Metrics icon in the navigator. A pop-up appears.
2. Click Body Fat Wizard. A pop-up appears.
3. Select a Method to calculate/enter your body fat:
   
   • Bio-electrical impedance, Densitometry, DXA-scan: enter the values of the test.
   • Skinfold measurement: enter your skinfolds and choose between the 'Durnin and Womersley' or 'Goris' calculation.
4. Click Next. Depending of the method the next screens of the wizard are different. Follow the instructions, review the results and click Finish.
