To add new overall sensation parameters :

1. Select the Metrics icon in the navigator. A pop-up appears.
2. Add the new Overall sensation parameters. Adjust the values by shifting the scroll barr or enter the sleep time and altitude.
3. Click Ok. The metrics are saved to iQO2.
