To view the evolution of the metrics:

1. Select the Periodic icon in the navigator.
2. Select a Period on the timeline. Learn more
3. Click on the Menu.
4. Select the Metrics icon in the menu.
5. Select the Metric you want to visualize.
   Eg. Heart rate rest.
