To select an athlete:

1. Tap 'Contacts'
2. To find an athlete, simply scroll down the contact list until you find the athlete you are looking for Or tap - 'Search' and type the username, family name or first name in the 'Search box'.
   
3. Tap on the athlete's name to open his/her file.
4. Tap one of the functionalities in the athlete file:
   
          - Dashboard
      - Metrics
          - Schedule
      - Workouts
          - Training zones
