You can connect to our server with Microsoft Remote Desktop.
Step 1 - Make sure have a iQO2 Mac Account.
If you did not receive your Mac Account from us yet, please submit a ticket to request one. After you have received it, please proceed to Step 2.
Step 2 - install the Remote Desktop App
You may download it from the App Store:
Version 10 (requires Mac OSX 10.11 or higher)

Open Microsoft Remote Desktop from your Applications.
Step 3 - Add a Remote Desktop 10 Connection
If you wish to edit a existing connection, please read further down.
Open Remote Desktop and click on the + icon, then "Desktop as shown below
For PC Name enter mac.iqo2.com as shown above. Note iqo2 is written with the o of Oliver, not the number 0.
Enter BOTH the User Name and Password as given to you in your iqo2 Mac Account. Click Save.
Click Show More to display additional settings:
You can enter a Friendly Name if you wish, for example your name.
Click the Display Tab
Leave the Display settings default or you may alter them to your personal needs.
Step 4 - Start a Remote Desktop Session
Double-click on your connection in the list and start working with iQO2.
The first time you use iQO2, the remote server will prepare your access. If you are not working fullscreen, resize your mac window to fit the remote desktop. Click on the maximize icon in iQO2 for your first session.
The next time you want to work with iQO2, just click the 'Microsoft Remote Desktop' icon and double-click on your connection to open iQO2.
Edit a existing Remote Desktop 10 Connection
If you wish to edit a existing connection, simply click the pencil icon in the list. Click Show Less or Show More as needed. For the actual settings, please read above under "Add a Remote Desktop 10 Connection".
Add a Remote Desktop 8 Connection
For the older version 8, follow the steps below.
Open Microsoft Remote Desktop from your Mac Applications.
Click 'New'.
Fill in the fields:
- Connection name: You may choose this, for example your name
- PC name: mac.iqo2.com (iqo2 with the o from Oliver)
- User name: your iQO2 username
- Password: your iQO2 Mac account password as received from us
- The screen settings you may choose if you prefer to work fullscreen or in a virtual desktop window.
- Close the pop-up by clicking on the red cross at the upper left side.
Double-click on your new profile and start working with iQO2.
The first time you use iQO2, the remote server will prepare your access. If you are not working fullscreen, resize your mac window to fit the remote desktop. Click on the maximize icon in iQO2.
The next time you want to work with iQO2, just click the 'Microsoft Remote Desktop' icon and double-click on your profile to open iQO2.
