To save a training plan from an athlete calendar to your library:

  1. Select a day in the calendar.
  2. Right-click and select Save As Training Plan..
  3. A pop-up appears.
  4. Select a Start Date and an End Date. Click Ok.
  5. Enter a description and a value for Sport and Experience. The plan duration is automatically calculated. Click Ok.
  6. You are directed to your Personal Training builder where you can see the training plan in the editor - You can edit the plan if necessary -
  7. Click Save - Save Training Plan to Library..
  8. A pop-up appears.
  9. Review the description and enter some extra info (optional). Click Ok.

The training plan is moved from an athlete calendar to your personal training plan library.
