To save a training plan from an athlete calendar to your library:
- Select a day in the calendar.
- Right-click and select Save As Training Plan..
- A pop-up appears.
- Select a Start Date and an End Date. Click Ok.
- Enter a description and a value for Sport and Experience. The plan duration is automatically calculated. Click Ok.
- You are directed to your Personal Training builder where you can see the training plan in the editor - You can edit the plan if necessary -
- Click Save - Save Training Plan to Library..
- A pop-up appears.
- Review the description and enter some extra info (optional). Click Ok.
The training plan is moved from an athlete calendar to your personal training plan library.
