The following advice can help if you have a problem downloading the latest version of iQO2.

Important: Only download the iQO2 install file from the mail you get from iQO2 or from the download on our website. Do not download iQO2 from anywhere else. Download iQO2

Internet security software:
Most download problems are due to the Internet security software on your computer.
Internet security software, including firewalls, antivirus programs, anti-spyware programs, and others can block certain file downloads. Check the settings in your security software to see if there is an setting that may be blocking downloads.
To diagnose whether Internet security software is causing problems, you can try temporarily disabling it, seeing if downloads work, and then re-enabling the software once the download has completed.

Most firewalls and anti-virus programs that are running on your computer will show up on your Windows Taskbar next to the clock. Most programs will allow you to right click on the icon and select 'Turn Off', or 'Disable'. If you do not see this option you will need to open the firewall or anti-virus software and disable it. If you need additional, detailed instructions on how to disable or turn off a specific firewall or anti-virus software, contact the software company directly.
