Follow

 

  1. Click    in the navigator to open the 'Calendar', and click 'Add > Plan new Workout'.
  2. Choose a sport and give the workout a 'Description'.
  3. Select 'Add' to start building-up the workout. Repeat this process until you are finished.
  4. Select 'Save to Calendar'.
  5. The planned workout appears in the athlete's calendar.
