1. Click  in the navigator to open the 'Training Zones', and the click ' + Add' at the top right.
  2. Select 'Sport lab test' and enter your 'Anaerobic threshold' and evenually your 'Aerobic threshold' obtained out of the test.

Once you finished the wizard, the new training zones are used to get the most accurate and scientific workout analysis for Heart Rate, Power, and/of Speed/Pace.
