Plan a season by adding 'Period/Event' items into one or more days in the Calendar:

a. Add 'Training Camp'
b. 'Periodize the Season' into different training, tapering, competition and recovery phases.
c. 'Target the Goals', eg. Important Races.
d. Add 'Important Events', such as illness and injuries

  1. Select a Period / Event item and drag and drop that item to a day in the calendar.
  2. A pop-up appears.‘Start Date’ and ‘End Date’ can be customized.
    Enter a Description. Click Ok.
  3. The item appears in the calendar.
