The iQO2 Sport lab test offers you a method to define your training zones in a more scientific and precise way for cycling, running and swimming.

You can enter the values of your aerobic and anaerobic threshold as determined by a lactate step test.

The Sport lab test training zones are expressed as:

  • heart rate values - bpm
  • cycling: power values - Watt & Watt/kg
  • running: speed values - km/h
  • swimming: pace values - mm.ss/100m
