To create new training zones with the Training intensity calculator:

  1. Click on the Training zones icon  in the menu bar, to open the ‘Training zones’.
  2. Click Add . The wizard will guide you through the steps to create new training zones.
  3. Choose a sport - bike OR run - and enter a date.
  4. Enter the weight, heart rate rest and heart rate max.
  5. Select the Training Intensity Calculator method.
  6. Choose:
    an Estimated fitness level OR

    Enter a Cooper test result.
  7. Click Next.
  8. You can modify or fine-tune some values if you wish.
  9. Click Finish.
