Step 1: Activate the iQO2 Demo library

  1. In the My Library tab, click the down arrow to display the drop-down menu.
  2. Select iQO2 Demo library.

Step 2: Select a workout

  1. Search the library list by:
    • Sport: Bike, Run, Swim, Fitness
    • Intensity: HR based, Speed based, Power based or a mixed intensity.
  2. Double-click on a workout to see the details.
  3. The workout appears in the editor.

 

Step 3: Return to your own library

  1. In the iQO2 Demo library tab, click the down arrow to display the drop-down menu.
  2. Select My Library.

 

Step 4: Save to My library

  1. Click Save > Save Workout to Library.. (Or drag the workout header to the drop-box to save the workout).
  2. A pop-up appears.
  3. Review the description and select Ok.
    The workout is saved to your own library.
