How to create categories in your library:

  1. Click on My Library.
  2. Select the appropriate header if you want to make categories for Workouts, Exercises, Exercise groups or Training plans.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Choose Edit Categories from the submenu.
  5. The 'Workouts Categories' pop-up appears.
  6. Select a Sport or Sub-activity for witch you want to make Categories.
  7. Click Add. A pop-up appears.
  8. Fill in a Category Name for the category.
  9. Click Ok.
    Repeat this process and add as many categories until your category list is completed.
  10. Your new ‘categories’ appears in the submenu when you click on the ‘All Categories’ menu.
