To control the volume distribution while building up a training plan:

  1. Click on the volume distribution button.
  2. A pop-up appears.
  3. Select the appropriate sport tab.
  4. Select if you want to see the heart rate, power or speed distribution.
  5. Select if you want to see the volume distribution day by day, week(s) by week(s) or the overall volume distribution.

You can see the changes in volume distribution while you are planning workouts in the training plan frame.
