iQO2 gives you a dynamic method to monitor changes over time. Makes sure you push yourself to the optimal training load/intensity at the right time in order to reach your goals.
A user-configurable timeline lets you make a selection of a period in time. This could be a week, a month or from any date to any other date, even a year or more. You can then view and compare different items during the selected period. All the graphics can be displayed on a day-by-day basis, or grouped into weeks (1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks). Finally, you can also add a second selection to compare two different periods in time.
