After you activated the workout builder, you can start building the workout.

To build up a workout with different items:

  1. Click on the Workout header.
  2. Click Add .
  3. Choose an option from the submenu.
  4. A pop-up appears.
  5. Fill in the required fields to determine the Exercise, Exercise Group, Recovery, Rest or Repeat Block. Click Ok.
  6. The added item appears in the workout.

  7. Repeat this process and add as many exercises, exercise groups, repeat blocks and rest intervals until your workout is completed.

 

Depending on the item you selected from the submenu; the fields to fill in are different.

Add Exercise to Workout..

  1. Enter a Description.
  2. Select a Volume type: Distance / Duration / Distance and duration = fixed speed (Intensity).
  3. Enter a distance or duration value.
  4. Select an Intensity: Training zone (expressed in HR/Speed/Power) OR HR/Speed/Power value.
  5. Select a Cadence: Not specified / Fixed / Range / Series / Free.
  6. Enter some Notes.
  7. Click Ok.
  8. The exercise is added to the workout.

Add Exercise Group to Workout..

  1. Enter a Description.
  2. Click Ok.
  3. The exercise group description is added to the workout.

Add Recovery to Workout..

  1. Enter a Description.
  2. Enter a recovery duration.
  3. Select an Intensity: Training zone (expressed in HR/Speed/Power) OR HR/Speed/Power value.
  4. Select a Cadence: Not specified / Fixed / Range / Series / Free.
  5. Enter some Notes.
  6. Click Ok.
  7. The recovery is added to the workout.

Add Rest to Workout..

  1. Enter a Description.
  2. Enter a rest duration.
  3. Enter some Notes.
  4. Click Ok.
  5. The recovery is added to the workout.

Add Repeat Block to Workout..

  1. Enter a Description.
  2. Select the number of Repeats.
  3. Click Ok.
  4. The Repeat block is added to the workout.
