The iQO2 Training Intensity Calculator offers you a method to define the training zones as a ‘starting point’ for cycling and running.

The calculator is based on:

  1. age
  2. gender
  3. heart rate rest
  4. heart rate max
  5. an 'Estimated fitness level' or a 'Cooper test result'

The TIC training zones are only expressed as heart rate values. Learn how to create new training zones with the Training Intensity Calculator.
