After you activated the workout builder, you can start building the workout by drag & dropping exercise & exercise group templates. 

  1. Select the Exercise / Exercise group header in the library.
  2. Select a sport.
  3. Click on the exercise / exercise group you need.
  4. Drag and drop it to the workout header. You can change the order of the exercises and exercise groups if necessary. more info

Repeat this proces to build-up your workout fast and easy.
