After you activated the workout builder, you can start building the workout by drag & dropping exercise & exercise group templates.
- Select the Exercise / Exercise group header in the library.
- Select a sport.
- Click on the exercise / exercise group you need.
- Drag and drop it to the workout header. You can change the order of the exercises and exercise groups if necessary. more info
Repeat this proces to build-up your workout fast and easy.
